Check your SIM owner details

Enter a mobile number you control, or your own 13-digit CNIC. This is for your records, family SIMs you registered, or a lawful ownership issue. Do not look up a stranger.

Use 03XXXXXXXXX. Prefixes such as 0300 Jazz, 0345 Telenor, 0333 Ufone, 0311 Zong, 0321 Warid/Jazz, 0355 SCO.

We do not keep your search inputs. Looking up another person’s private record without authority is not allowed under PECA 2016. For the official count of SIMs on your CNIC, also use SMS 668 or cnic.sims.pk.

What people search

What SIM owner details actually are

In Pakistan, SIM owner details sit in PTA’s Subscriber Verification Management System (SVMS). A SIM is tied to a CNIC after biometric verification at a Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, Zong, or SCO outlet. NADRA confirms the fingerprint. PTA stores the operator count, not a public phone book of names and home addresses.

The official self-check shows how many voice+data and data-only SIMs are on your identity, split by network. It does not return another person’s name, call log, live location, or CNIC photo. Sites that promise a “fresh SIM database” for any stranger’s number are not PTA services.

SMS 668

Send your 13-digit CNIC with no dashes to 668. Cost is about Rs 2 with tax. Reply lists Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, and Zong counts on your CNIC.

cnic.sims.pk

Free PTA SIM Information System. CNIC or Foreign ID tab, captcha, then operator table. Works from inside Pakistan and from abroad.

SMS 667

From the SIM in the phone, send MNP to 667. Confirms that card’s network and whether it is registered on your CNIC.

76367 and *8888#

76367 is used for PTA alerts and related checks. *8888# is a USSD path some users use to review subscriptions linked to their biometric profile.

Services

Help we provide

CNIC SIM count review

Walk through 668 and cnic.sims.pk, read the Jazz / Telenor / Ufone / Zong / SCO rows, and compare them with SIMs you actually hold.

Unauthorised SIM on CNIC

If the total is higher than your phones, we map franchise, helpline, and PTA complaint steps so extra SIMs can be blocked.

8-SIM limit guidance

Pakistan’s biometric cap is eight SIMs per CNIC. We explain voice+data vs data-only rows and why a ninth activation fails.

Operator franchise prep

What to take: original CNIC, the handset, fingerprint scan, and the exact number or count you want blocked, transferred, or reissued.

Lost, stolen, MNP, eSIM

Block a lost SIM, keep the number, move it with MNP, or switch physical SIM to eSIM without leaving a stray record on your CNIC.

Scam and fake-database alerts

Apps that sell “owner name by number” are not PTA. We help you stay on official channels and avoid paid leaks of other people’s data.

Report an unauthorised SIM

1. Run 668 or cnic.sims.pk on your own CNIC and note the operator totals.

2. List every SIM you hold: Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, Zong, SCO, Warid-migrated Jazz, prepaid, postpaid, data-only, eSIM.

3. Visit the operator franchise for the extra count with original CNIC and fingerprint. Ask them to block SIMs you did not activate.

4. Call the operator helpline from a SIM that is yours (Jazz 111, Telenor 345, Ufone 333, Zong 310) and request a written complaint number.

5. If the franchise stalls, use PTA complaint channels and keep SMS 668 screenshots as proof.

6. Recheck 668 after 24–48 hours. The extra row should drop.

What official checks do not show

Owner name of a stranger, home address, CNIC photo, call history, WhatsApp status, or live GPS. Those requests are outside PTA self-check tools and are not a lawful public lookup.

Use this service to protect your own identity, family SIMs you registered, business SIMs on your CNIC, NICOP/POC overseas checks, and blocking fraud numbers opened in your name.

Questions

SIM owner details FAQ

How do I check SIM owner details in Pakistan?

For your own CNIC, SMS the 13 digits with no dashes to 668, or open cnic.sims.pk. To confirm the SIM in your hand, send MNP to 667 from that SIM. Use the form above only for numbers and IDs you are allowed to review.

Can I see the owner name of any mobile number?

No lawful public tool returns a stranger’s name, address, or CNIC from a phone number. PTA tools return your own SIM count. PECA 2016 covers unauthorised access to personal data.

What is the 8-SIM limit?

Biometric rules allow up to eight SIMs on one CNIC across operators. If activation fails, run 668. Extra SIMs you did not buy should be blocked at the relevant franchise.

Does 668 show Jazz owner name?

The reply names the network (Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, Zong), not a person’s name. For your Jazz number on-screen, try *99#. For biometric status on Jazz, SMS your CNIC to 6001 from that SIM.

I live abroad. Can I still check?

Yes. cnic.sims.pk works without a Pakistan SIM. Use CNIC, NICOP, or POC on the matching tab. Family in Pakistan can run 668 from a local number using your CNIC only if you authorised them to manage your SIMs.

What if a SIM was issued with a fake fingerprint?

Take original CNIC to the operator, file a complaint, request blocking, and keep the 668 result. Escalate to PTA if the outlet does not close the extra SIM.

Prepaid, postpaid, data-only, and eSIM?

All of these count toward the CNIC record when they are biometrically issued. Data-only rows appear separately on cnic.sims.pk. eSIM replacement should not add a ninth line if the old profile is retired correctly.
